DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE POLICY

I. PROHIBITED DRUG ACTIVITY
[YOUR COMPANY NAME] prohibits the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, sale, possession or use of any drug by its employees in its workplace. Each employee agrees as a condition of employment to abide by this policy, and to notify his/her supervisor no later than five (5) days after any conviction under a criminal drug statute for a violation that occurred in the workplace.
II. SANCTIONS
Any employee who violates the company's policy or who is convicted under a criminal drug statute for a violation occurring in the workplace will be subject to dismissal.
III. DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE PROGRAM
[YOUR COMPANY NAME] has established a drug-free awareness program to inform employees about:
1. The penalties that may be imposed upon employees for drug abuse violations in the workplace.
2. Each company employee will be given a copy of the company's Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
3. Each employee, as a condition of employment must agree to abide by the company's Drug-Free Workplace Policy and to notify his/her supervisor no later than five (5) days after any conviction under a criminal drug statute for a violation that occurred in the workplace. When an employee of such a conviction notifies a supervisor, the supervisor shall immediately notify one of the General Partners.
